Bring to sleep is not recommended. You should use it for 4-6 hours. Inadvertently used before I sleep, and nothing has happened, but certainly not to propose a regular basis. If the flow is very light, it would probably be even more apparent when set, it can only be a panty liner OK.
yes r Tampax Pearl called "light" why wouldnt u if u have a flood of light.
anyway its fine to wear to bed, but u might want to get checked up as at 3 clock in the morning. U never know ur flow may be heavier than that! Otherwise the changes as soon as u get up and point out that your cousin can cause toxic shock syndrome, which can lead to death.
